So you have that laser and your maintenance guys needs some help figuring it out, well you have come to the right place. Alphatronics has been servicing Bystronic lasers for over 16 years. We’ve seen great success coming to all of your shops and fixing your lasers that we decided to start teaching you how to fix them for yourselves. We have all of the experience to train you as well as real operating lasers in our shop in Texas, so you can put your hands right onto the machines. That way, after your training you’ll know what you are doing. That’s why we say here at Alphatronics "learning is a no brainer"

COMPLETE MAINTENANCE AND REPAIR

This is our main training class, we talk our students through all of the maintenance and repair items you can think of. We start with safety first, then cover each of the machines main subsystems, We then cover the basic operation of the machine, we cover cutting head maintenance, HV, optics, resonator maintenance, cut quality problems and finally troubleshooting. This is a week long class where we throw it all at you.

HIGH VOLTAGE CALIBRATION AND REPAIR

In this class we will cover the high voltage subsystem. We will start you out with HV safety training, and then move you into all of the HV components. We will cover the removal, inspection, and calibration of the HV chassis. We will then cover all of the error codes and troubleshooting. This is a three day class that will give your guys a complete understanding of the HV subsystem.

BASIC APPLICATIONS

In our basic applications training class we teach your guys how to operate your laser to its maximum efficiency. We start you off with Laser Safety, then we give you an overview of the machine and how it works, how to load jobs, adjust parameters, and lastly how to troubleshoot cut quality problems. This is a great class for a new operator or it can be tailored to one with lots of experience who would like to take it up a notch. This class lasts 3 days.

BECKER TURBO BEARING REPLACEMENT AND RUN-IN

In this class we teach you exactly how to remove your Becker turbo and change out the bearings. This has the potential of great cost savings over buying a new turbo. This is a 3 day class
