Rates
On any Alphatronic service call, a four hour minimum work time is applicable. We break our fees into two major types of work with variations in cost depending on the time the work is delivered.
Preventative Maintenance Programs
Maintenance programs are quoted on a per machine basis. Ask about our multiple machine discounts.
General Hydraulic Service
Service includes: Assembly/Conversion , Lubrication, Installation, Modifications, Hydraulic Service, Fabrication & Installations (These fees only pertain to the Dallas Fort Worth, Texas Metroplex only. If you are out of this area, please contact our office directly for rates specific to your area.)
We have four different charges for our time depending on when we are servicing your hydraulic system.
Normal business hours: $90.00/ hour
Regular business hours are defined as a maximum of 8 hours a day, Monday thru Friday, between 7am and 5pm.
Nights and weekends: $135.00/ hour
Overtime hours are defined as Monday thru Friday over 8 hours for that day or between 5pm and 7am or any time on Saturday.
Double Time: $180.00/ hour
Double time hours are on Sunday or any Holiday.
Travel Time $55.00/ hour
Travel time will not be considered work hours. Overtime will not start on the travel days until after 8 hours have been worked on location, on the last day of work travel will not be considered overtime.
Laser Service
Charges for our laser service include: Removal & Installation, Repair & Rebuilds , Training, Modifications, Consulting and Control Diagnostics.
We have four different charges for our time depending on when we are servicing your laser system.
Normal business hours: $125.00/ hour
Regular business hours are defined as a maximum of 8 hours a day, Monday thru Friday, between 7am and 5pm.
Nights and weekends: $187.50.00/ hour
Overtime hours are defined as Monday thru Friday over 8 hours for that day or between 5pm and 7am or any time on Saturday.
Double Time: $250.00/ hour
Double time hours are on Sunday or any Holiday.
Travel Time: $55.00/ hour
Travel time will not be considered work hours. Overtime will not start on the travel days until after 8 hours have been worked on location, on the last day of work travel will not be considered overtime.
Per Diem: $120.00/day
No Per Diem charged to customers under 50 miles. Overnight stays, hotel cost over $ 80.00 additional.
Per Diem (NON-Overnight stays): $40.00/ day
Mileage (portal to portal) $0.55/ mile
Additional Charges:
Airfare, car rental, tolls, parking, Equipment rental, Shipping of parts or tools, etc. Home Leave: Employees and contractors on long term assignments will be entitled to travel home every second weekend.
Terms:
Net 30 days from date of original invoice unless quoted otherwise. Prepayment terms will be negotiated for all orders quoted to exceed $15000.00. Late fees will apply on all invoices paid after 30 days
