An Industrial Laser Maintenance Program from ALPHATRONICS, INC.
ALPHACARE© is an industrial laser maintenance program for metal fabrication shops interested in keeping their production lines at peak performance. ALPHACARE© provides the mechanical maintenance of your laser as well as management of the actual use and care of your laser. ALPHACARE© insures your machine & the personnel running the machine are ready for optimum production. ALPHACARE© eliminates the worry of not knowing when & if the machine will malfunction.
How to properly care for a laser:
Personnel:
Personnel must operate the laser correctly for peak performance. This means proper calibration of the settings for cutting as well as proper daily maintenance of the machine.
Maintenance:
The machine has various parts that must be inspected for performance, occasionally replaced, lubed & calibrated to avoid shutting down production & costly repair bills.
Timing:
Like all high tech industrial equipment, lasers must be maintained on a regular basis to insure optimum output. Industrial laser systems require maintenance at least every six months.
How does ALPHACARE© work?
ALPHACARE© relieves the stress of not knowing if your staff & industrial laser are reaching their maximum potential by including the following services:
Production Review: Inspection of current use and the physical parts of your machine. Services include:
Review use of the machine by its operators.
Inspection of the automation systems.
Inspection of cooling & consistency of the power supply.
Inspection of internal & external optics for wear & debris.
Inspection of cutting head, its components and the focal position.
Inspection of beam purge for debris, air quality and quality of filters.
Inspection of resonator glass for cracks or signs of clipping.
Inspection of drive systems for ware or missing teeth.
Calibration, Lubrication & Replacement of wearable parts: Brings your machine up to optimum performance. Services include:
Adjust & lubricate sheet metal processing equipment.
Repair any power supply components causing inconsistent power or cooling.
Clean or replace the internal & external optics.
Calibrate the machine to insure the correct amount of power at the cutting head.
Replace filters to insure correct beam purge.
Changing the oils as required by the manufacturer.
Clean, lube & calibrate drives systems.
Training Personnel in the proper use & care of the laser: Brings you & your staff up to speed on how your laser should be used & cared for on a daily basis to reach optimum production. Services include:
Consultation with you & your staff to answer any maintenance & operation concerns.
A written list of improper use or maintenance of your machine.
Training staff on how to properly use the machine for optimum safety & production.
